  • Develop a comprehensive strategy for integrating AI tools, automation, and machine learning into existing Microsoft 365 services (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate).

  1. Project Leadership:
  • Manage end-to-end AI and M365-related projects from conception to deployment, including scope, timeline, and resource management.

  • Lead cross-functional teams, collaborating with developers, data scientists, business analysts, and key stakeholders to deliver seamless AI-enhanced M365 solutions.

  • Ensure projects adhere to organizational goals, budgets, and timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.

  1. Technology Implementation:
  • Implement and optimize AI-based automation tools, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent document processing within the M365 ecosystem.

  • Oversee integration of natural language processing (NLP) models with M365 apps to enhance user interactions, such as AI-powered email drafting in Outlook or predictive text in Teams.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in managing AI or M365 projects.

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 tools and services, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and AI/ML services.

  • Proven track record in implementing AI solutions such as Generative AI, NLP models, and cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI).

Skills:
