The Clients & Marketing Executive for the Buildings and Places business line will work in conjunction with the Buildings and Places business line and regional marketing leadership to support and assist in the implementation of priorities and programs throughout the geography.
They will support the marketing team by gathering information from clients and multiple market intelligence sources as required to aid in the development of the marketing strategy.
The Clients & Marketing Executive will need to demonstrate the ability to assist with development and delivery of integrated marketing communications campaigns and digital marketing activities to deliver the desired client experience, as well as internal communication activities.
In this role the Clients & Marketing Executive will be expected to demonstrate their ability to work collaboratively and follow brand guidelines to protect and promote AECOM’s brand.
The Clients & Marketing Executive for the Buildings and Places business line will be embedded within the Business Line with a dotted line through to the Europe marketing team. The role will require liaison with business development leaders, operations and regional teams, reporting into the Clients & Marketing Manager as appropriate. Main responsibilities include:
Gathers information needed to inform marketing plans
Analyses secondary intelligence on clients and the market to feed into marketing plans
Keeps up to date with both market and competitor trends
Gathers information as part of the strategy process
Contributes to the development of tactical marketing activities and campaigns
Supports the marketing budgeting / tracking process
Client Centricit y
Implements internal communication plans to improve collaboration, employee engagement and build strong client relationships
Maintains and cleanses client data for use in marketing campaigns
Works collaboratively within department to deliver good practice and meet client needs
Supports implementation of change to meet client needs
- Implements marketing activities following brand guidelines
- Contributes to the development and delivery of marketing communications campaigns and activities using multi-channel tools (e.g. events, thought leadership, digital, marketing collateral, media relations etc.)
Supports the development of the digital strategy and integration of digital and multi-channel tools
Supports the implementation of digital marketing activities
- Supports the development and delivery of marketing activities that contribute to the desired client experience
Measuring and Monitoring Effectiveness
Supports the collection and reporting of measurement data
Supports reviews of marketing activities to identify improvements
We are looking for candidates who:
have previous experience in a similar role
Help to contributes information and ideas to the strategy process
can work collaboratively across Business Lines to champion the voice of the client
Works with internal stakeholders to implement change initiatives
experience in creating marketing communications campaigns and activities using multi-channel tools, content and collateral
Delivers digital activities as outlined in the marketing plan
Develops marketing activities that contribute to the achievement of the desired client experience
