AECOM Construction Manager (based in Cagliari, Sardinia) in Cagliari, Italy

Italy - Cagliari, Cagliari

Job Summary

He/She will be involved in the development of Industrial Facilities (civil and MEP works for new building and existing facilities - approx. 25M€ Value).

Job Duties:

  • To manage construction contracts, check quality, adherence to contract obligations

  • To check quality on site, assist the Direzione Lavori and the PM

  • To execute weekly and monthly reports

  • To lead weekly site meetings

  • To ensure respect of safety standards

  • To coordinate sub contractors and logistic

  • To assist design team with review of quality standards and adherence to design specs

  • To propose non conformities, execute it and follow up

  • To collect, check and verify Interim payment Certificates

Minimum Requirements

  • Industrial Project Senior Project Manager

  • Native Italian

  • Fluent in English or at least fluent

  • 10+ years of experience

  • Proven experience of delivery of industrial and Civil project with Capex in excess of 25M€

  • Design management skills

  • Problem solving, proactive approach, team leader

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree: Civil Engineer or Mechanical Electrical Engineer
