AECOM Senior Building Surveyor in Dublin, Ireland
We work with all kinds of buildings, from new buildings not yet out of the ground to some of the oldest and most significant listed buildings in the Ireland. You will therefore be familiar with a wide range of building types and understand the common issues and defects associated with these.
Have excellent client facing experience.
Be passionate about Building Surveying, developing a team and furthering your career with a leading construction consultancy.
Have an open willingness to support developing surveyors and respond to their questions.
Be a strong leader and communicator.
Be looking for the next step in building surveying leadership.
Be a role model to the team, setting high standards and expectations.
Be educated to at least degree level or equivalent, in a Building Surveying RICS/SCSI accredited degree
Have been a full member of RICS or CIOB for longer than 24 months (or be able to demonstrate an equivalent length of time of senior experience)
Extensive experience in delivering the following building surveying core services:
Technical Due Diligence
Building surveys of buildings
Work experience within a similar consultancy or other relevant business
