Job Summary

About Our Team:
We have building surveying teams across the UK, working together to meet our client's needs. Our Dublin team cover a variety of work from TDD, PM, Contract admin and Assigned Certifier for clients that vary from Local Authority, Defence, Education to private clients and large blue-chip Clients.
Job Responsibilities:
You will need to be from a consultancy or client organisation with the ability to deliver design projects from inception to completion, including feasibilities and statutory consents.
Knowledge of NEC contracts and/ or PPP Contracts is advantageous
Be able to build relationships with existing and new clients, including within AECOM
Be able to bring new clients and grow the existing service line
Input to the team – workload, fee proposals, visions for the future
An appreciation, experience and understanding for digital delivery
Ipad/ Tablet and reporting software experience
Condition survey experience in delivering stock condition surveys, schedules of condition, dilapidations and due diligence
Defects assessment and reporting appraisals
Demonstrate leadership skills in projects, experience in managing the financial responsibility for projects.
Have a vision and route for assisting team members on the APC route
Minimum Requirements
Advanced experience in all core Building Surveying work areas especially design and contract administration.
Advanced experience of working and building relationships within the private and public sector
Experience in compliance assessments with Building regulations, be knowledgeable and able to converse readily in the suite of TGD
Previous management of sub-consultants and contractors
Line manager responsible for a team of Building Surveyors
Have experience of work/bid winning and a willingness to participate in work winning strategies
Ability to manage and monitor fees, profits and invoicing
Preferred Qualifications
Be a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Society of Chartered Surveyors
Degree level education as a minimum
Public experience would be an advantage
IT and TECH Company experience would be an advantage
Data centre project due diligence would be an advantage
