Job Description

The Senior Corporate Real Estate Project Manager will have the following respondibilities:

Have at least 8 years' experience of client-side project management or similar roles and have an interest in Commercial Real Estate.

Capabilities

  • Strong project management skills with a focus on delivering initiatives and internal projects on time and within budget, along with a deep understanding of how projects are delivered.

  • Ability to monitor the development and implementation of design guidelines to improve process management and expedite design timeframes during projects.

  • Expertise in process optimization and creating clear, efficient road maps.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to guide and inspire the team

Competencies

  • Project management: Proficiency in managing complex projects with tight deadlines and budgets.

  • Strategic thinking: Ability to develop and execute long-term plans to achieve project and team goals.

  • Process improvement: Experience in identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.

  • Collaboration: Skilled at fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams and stakeholders, even if it requires significant time.

  • Change management: Ability to drive and manage change within the team and organization.

  • Flexible, open to working hours that are flexible, and can change based on Global Needs.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Post Graduate Qualification – ideally Project Management / Construction / Engineering / Quantity Surveying related

  2. In the process of pursuing Chartered Status with either of the following institutions; SCSI/RICS / CIOB / RIBA / EI

  3. APM affiliation is a benefit
