Job Description
As the Associate Director/Principal Consultant - Social Value, you will be responsible for leading and managing social value initiatives across multiple infrastructure projects. Your key responsibilities will include:
Lead and oversee social value strategies across multiple infrastructure projects
Develop comprehensive social value strategies aligned with client objectives
Design and implement robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to track social value targets
Oversee the production of high-quality, client-ready social value reports
Manage client relationships effectively, ensuring clear communication and stakeholder satisfaction
Provide expert guidance and share best practices in social value with clients
Analyse procurement processes for large-scale infrastructure projects to identify social value opportunities
Identify new social value opportunities and develop compelling proposals
This role requires a dedicated professional committed to maximising social value in infrastructure projects and driving positive change in the industry.
Qualifications
Ideally, you should meet the following requirements:
Hold a 2.1 or First Class honours degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Geography, Economics, Urban Planning, Sustainable Urbanism)
Be highly numerate with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Have a keen interest in economic growth drivers and infrastructure
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
