AECOM Europe is currently going through high growth across multiple business units. We have initiated a project to incorporate our demand areas and provide talent acquisition initiatives to drive forward growth and achieve our headcount plan to attract the best talent in the market. We recognise that that the recruitment world is evolving and in order meet our growth demand and attract & retain the best talent, our recruit practices and processes also need to evolve. As a result, we are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our TA team and drive this programme to a successful conclusion.

This is a specialist role that is anticipated to last for 6-8 months. Your core focus will be to use your skills and expertise and partner with the Talent Acquisition and wider Human Resources teams and apply your project management skills to measure and drive success of our initiatives. The project scope revolves around growth, war for talent, sustainable delivery model and employee value proposition. The subsequent workflows will all tie in with the 4 key pillars of the scope.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, Europe, this role provides a fantastic opportunity for an experienced, change management specialist with a background in recruitment to and oversee this critical project.

Responsibilities

  • Drive our growth project and initiatives across the high demand areas of our Europe region to ensure overall alignment and adoption.

  • Work with business sector TA leads, HR Business Partners and business stakeholders to put in place key delivery metrics and implement them within our high growth demand areas.

  • Report and present to the relevant Senior HR Leadership team members and wider stakeholders on progress, successes and challenges during project delivery.

  • Drive collaborative and all-inclusive behaviours to ensure the project is delivered not only to meet the quantifiable metrics but also in a qualitative manner.

  • Identifying and overcoming any potential barriers to success.

  • Training / upskilling TA and HR community as and when required

  • Redefining the future delivery model to ensure success of future high growth programmes and initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experience of working in, and successfully navigating through large complex, matrixed environment

  • Considerable experience in leading Talent Acquisition within a high growth, professional services market and delivering TA special projects

  • Prince 2, Lean six sigma or another project management or lean process qualification is highly desirable

  • Expert in TA techniques and trends (CRM, pipelining and sourcing, digital, automation etc)

  • Excellent communication, coaching and change management skills

  • Strong influencer with the ability to build relationships at all levels and capture the benefits of transformational projects within TA.
