Job Summary

Our Building & Places team is actively looking for Architecture Interns who are passionate and highly skilled in Architectural Design, to join our Architectural Competitions team in our Madrid office, where they will develop and improve their skills.

Projects Portfolio must be presented in eventual interview, to exemplify graphical and design skills.

Minimum Requirements

  • AutoCad, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premier (video), proficiency level.

  • Modelling skills with Sketchup, Rhinoceros or similar software.

  • Proficient skills in Architectural Design and graphics presentation. Proactive, Analytical and Forward-thinking character.

  • Ability to make decisions in a timely and appropriate manner.

  • Ability to work under stress, to meet a fixed deadline.

  • Good use of English language, and graphic communication skills.

  • Willingness and ambition to learn and grow with AECOM.

  • Candidates are expected to bring their portfolio of projects to the potential interview.

Preferred Qualifications

  • No experience is necessary, but the position is ideally suited to school leavers or undergraduates of the semesters in a Master’s in Architecture (MArch II).

  • Good use of English language.

  • User Knowledge of BIM (Revit), for architectural modelling.

  • Grasshoper plug-in under Rhinoceros.
