Job Summary
Job Duties:
Works as part of a team and works independently in evaluating and applying Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) principles, standards, and criteria.
Deliver traffic signal, signing and pavement striping design plans and studies,
Deliver Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) and communications plans and analysis
Creates designs, calculations, sketches, process flow diagrams, schematic drawings, final working drawings
Provides guidance to entry level engineers
Performs work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule
Independently performs all the tasks necessary to complete primary designelements for engineering work
Performing quality control of works accomplished by members of a team
Training and evaluating less experienced staff
Minimum Requirements
5+ years in ITS transportation projects; preferably roads and highways
Proven track record of working on ITS projects, schematics, layouts, tooling and traffic management plans and systems
Collaborating with international and multi-cultural teams
Experience working with international regulations and standards
Proficiency with MicroStation and AutoCAD
Proven commitment with Quality Control Policy and Quality Management System
Demonstrable management skills and presence
Fluent in English and Polish (oral and written)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in the North America region will be considered favorably
US Professional Engineer license will be considered favorably
