AECOM Maintenance Manager in Mannheim, Germany

This position is located in Mannheim Germany.
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for directing and coordinating the maintenance program activities for the APS2 – European Activity Set – project.
Enforces strict adherence to technical data and management procedures.
Adjusts resources to meet production requirements.
Assigns adequate supervisory coverage for each shift.
Provides required information and reports in a timely manner.
Resolves issues and recommends actions to improve delivery of services.
Ensures accurate daily documentation of maintenance actions.
Reviews and evaluates management and production effectiveness.
Analyzes personnel and equipment performance history using QA reports.
Initiates management actions to meet new workloads or correct reported/perceived deficiencies.
Manages the maintenance planning cycle.
Ensures only qualified personnel accomplish maintenance with the appropriate equipment and tools.
Ensures compliance with safety directives, appropriate occupational safety and health standards, and applicable industrial safety publications.
Ensures scheduled and unscheduled maintenance actions are entered and completed in the MIS.
Advises the production supervisor of conditions that may disrupt the orderly and controlled execution of the maintenance plan.
Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Procedure Compliance - Each employee must read, understand and implement the general and specific operational, safety, quality and environmental requirements of all plans, procedures and policies pertaining to his/her job.
High School Diploma or equavilent required and at least ten (10) years of maintenance level supervisory experience and a comprehensive knowledge of applicable governing regulations, policies and procedures.
A comprehensive knowledge of the US Army Logistics STAMIS in use to include AWARDS, GCSS-Army, and USR.
Excellent interpersonal skills to interact well with the customer and with employees at all levels.
Appropriate verbal and written communication skills to conduct meetings, execute plans, prepare reports, plans and working instructions.
U.S. citizenship, TESA/ASSA certification and a SECRET security clearance also required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Passing a pre-employment drug screen and a government background check is required.
Position requires travel.
Must be able to speak, read, and write English.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
