Job Description
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated CAD Designer / BIM Modeler to join our civil engineering team to undertake highway projects.
They should have experience in infrastructure design, ideally specialised in civil works, and will be involved in the creation of technical drawings and the design of innovative solutions in the highway sector.
In particular, the candidate will be responsible for:
Developing and managing detailed technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar) for infrastructure projects, with a particular focus on highway projects.
Collaborating with the project team to determine precise solutions to project briefs, while meeting deadlines and quality objectives.
Verifying and reviewing technical documentation and drawings, ensuring compliance with national standards and safety regulations.
Supporting the design of civil works, such as bridges, viaducts, tunnels, roads, and drainage systems.
Preparing technical documentation for presentations, approvals, and authorizations by the relevant authorities.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CAD Designer in the civil and infrastructure sector, preferably with experience in highway projects.
Fluent in Italian and English.
Proficiency in using CAD software, particularly AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
Knowledge of design standards and regulations in the infrastructure sector, including highway projects.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications.
Excellent ability to work in a dynamic environment, team-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills.
