Job Summary
AECOM is seeking to hire a Civil Engineer to be based in Milan office, Italy Successful candidate will be responsible for the development of logistics, offices and accomodations projects, coordinating the project from due diligence phases to Hand over activities.
Job Duties:
Support during the preparation of Due diligences and contractual documents
Preparation of request of proposals and coordinate construction tenders
Coordination of external designers and subcontractors
Management of cost and deadlines during all phases of the project
Coordination and Schedule of meetings
Operating recurring site visit verifying the quality and the compliance with design
Helps and assist with other administrative and technical duties.
Produces technical calculations to high standards of quality using current computer software. Prepares technical specifications.
Provides technical consultations for interdisciplinary analytical studies and analyses.
Conducts surveys, studies, site investigations.
Recommends and prepares technical papers.
Minimum Requirements
3-5 years of experience in construction project management
Cost estimation experience
Strong organization skills
Flexible and able to adapt
Professional knowledge of MS office, CAD and BIM softwares
Knowledge of construction and safety regulation
Excellent knowledge of English and Italian
High ethical integrity
Experience in road and drainage design
Personal skills: well organized, responsible
Good knowledge of Knowledge of construction and safety regulation
Preferred Qualifications
Education: MSc in Civil Engineering
Professional license in Civil Engineering
Proficiency English is required (fluent speaking capability and high report writing skills)
