Formation of a calendar-network planning methodology for a large integrated project with participants distributed both functionally and geographically.
Development of calendar and network diagrams of various levels of detail, loaded with resources and costs.
Coordination of the developed schedules with key participants and the Customer, obtaining formal approval of the schedule by the Customer.
Updating and monitoring schedules.
Analysis of the dynamics of the development of the project, preparation of reporting and presentation materials to the management of the Customer, key participants, recommendations on possible compensation measures.
Preparation of data on the forecast for the development of the Project, including according to the methodology of the mastered volume.
Preparation of reports and presentations at various levels.
Participation in meetings on the progress of the Project.
Review and approval of schedules developed by third-party project participants.
Regular control of the correctness of the project schedules in accordance with the requirements of the KSP Methodology.
Control of the correctness of scheduling in terms of the possibility of its integration with the 3D model.
Leadership in a team of 4-5 people.
Consulting and training for project participants on the application of the developed PCB Methodology.
