AECOM MEP Site-Engineer in Paris, France

Job Summary

AECOM is actively seeking for an MEP site engineer to be involved in a car park project for an airport authority in France.

As the general engineering consultant, AECOM will be working on design review, technical specifications, system integration, procurement, construction supervision, project management, tender and award of contracts, contract administration and testing and commissioning.

As a Site Engineer you will be responsible for:

  • Execution & planning of MEP facilities (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing)

  • Preparation & Submission of site documents

  • Achieving the planning schedules by team work, proper planning and management skills.

  • Co-ordination with all contractor and sub-contractor and with consultant.

  • Execution as per consultant drawings & specification.

  • Maintaining specification of material & BOQ items.

  • Maintaining Quality control & quality assurance procedures.

  • Preparation of Schedules.

  • Preparation of Subcontractor bills as per approved work orders.

  • Monthly reconciliation of quantities.

  • Site execution

  • Enforce ethics and compliance policy including Third Party payment, Sub-consultancy engagement process and Gift and Entertainment policy

Minimum Requirements

  • Knowledge of the ISO standards

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution

  • Prior experience in similar projects

  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
