Job Summary

In this Role you will be responsible for:

  • handling office reception -operating the telephone exchange

  • organization of documentation flow- incoming and outgoing correspondence,

  • sending letters and postal, receiving and sending courier parcels; packing etc.

  • company guest service

  • scanning, copying, binding documents

  • ordering, distributing and maintaining offices supplies

  • operating office equipment, including fax machines, binding machines, staplers, and equipment for binding documents.

  • performing activities related to the daily administration of the office

  • daily support for technical departments

  • archiving documentation,

  • coordination of work time registration

Minimum Requirements

For this Role we require:

  • min. post-secondary education

  • communicative knowledge of English

  • fluent knowledge of computer programs (Word, Excel)

  • ability to use office equipment

Preferred Qualifications

  • min. 3 years of experience in a similar position

  • excellent work organization and the ability to manage time and set priorities

  • communicativeness

  • good manners
