Job Summary

AECOM are looking for an Office and Project Administrator to assist the local S&C team in Swindon. This Office Assistant will be responsible for undertaking project and office related administration as described above, as well as responsible for adhering to company policies on purchasing and travel bookings. This Administrator will report to the S&C Design Manager for West Region.

This role provides the following administrative support but not limited to:

  • Project administration

  • Filing

  • Achieving

  • Travel Bookings – hire cars, hotel bookings, rail

  • Use of Advantage system for ordering office related supplies

  • Document formatting

  • Office administration, support to office leader in arranging office specific duties

  • Project management Support such as but not limited to supporting PMs in keeping up with change

  • Super-user for ProjectWise and Salesforce

  • Provide support as document controller as and when needed

The behaviours expected to be shown are:

  • Can do helpful attitude

  • Ability to be flexible to meet project demands

  • Able to coordinate workload and communicate clearly any issues before it becomes problematic

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience as an office assistant

  • IT literate

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience working within AECOM or a similar consultancy will be an advantage
