Job Description
Responsibilities:
Preparation of design documentation (plumbing / HVAC systems),
Proposes approach to solve new problems encountered,
Performing engineering calculations,
Modeling designed elements in BIM software,
Performing interdisciplinary coordination,
Delivering mechanical design according to the company and clients standards,
Preparing design documentation (layouts, diagrams, specifications) in English language,
Performing work in accordance with agreed upon budget and schedule with moderate supervision,
Sharing knowledge and supporting other team members,
Participation in meetings conducted in international stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in mechanical (plumbing / HVAC systems),
technical university graduation of environmental engineering or similar,
very good knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software,
knowledge of InstalSoft, Audytor, LiNear software,
languages: English - very good (spoken/written); German – welcome,
knowledge of Polish / European requirements and welcome knowledge of American requirements such as IPC, ASHRAE, IMC, UFC in plumbing / HVAC systems,
very good communication skills and working in an international team
